Drew is our Vice President of Talent Acquisition. He leads the team of sourcers and recruiters. Prior to joining TLX, Drew has held numerous leadership roles within Recruiting, Staffing and Talent Acquisition across various industries including manufacturing, logistics, skilled trades, and engineering.
Drew is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana and a former athlete. Currently, he is an avid basketball fan, fitness enthusiast and aspiring personal trainer.
Drew is the proud father of his 13-year-old son Shawn, and now serves as a youth coach and mentor for young athletes within the Hamilton County community where he and Shawn reside.
Amanda Berkemeier

Amanda is our Vice President of Finance and Accounting. Prior to joining TLX, Amanda was the managing member for a consulting business that delivered solutions to empower businesses in navigating dynamic markets. Amanda evaluated and implemented accounting and finance practices by streamlining processes and through system implementations across varied industries, yielding precise financial reporting, modeling, and accounting procedures.
Amanda attended Kelley School of Business, Indianapolis where she received her dual bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. She is a wife, mother of three vivacious girls (13, 6 and 4 years old) and just started her own personal CrossFit journey.
Mark Hall

Mark serves as Founder and CEO of PinPoint Resources, ITC, TechTrades and TalentLogistiX since their creation in 1993. Drawing on 30 years and over 100,000 hours of workforce solutions experience, Hall’s companies have employed over 50,000 individuals and completed hundreds of thousands of engagements. Hall was recently featured in the industry expert film “The Art of Recruiting”.
Drawing upon 30 years of experience in workforce solutions, skilled trades, technology and recruitment sectors, Hall’s primary focus is developing the company’s business strategies and ensuring impeccable service delivery. Hall created these companies to provide the marketplace with much needed workforce solutions partners that operate on the time-honored principles of honesty, community service, integrity, trust and accountability.
As part of his community service, Hall serves as board member and facilitator for Truth@Work, an organization of Christian business owners and leaders; serves as board member of Freedom International Ministries a 501C3 delivering Christian education to children in the Dominican Republic and speaks on marketplace ministries and living your faith at work. Hall is active in his churches music, drama and teaching ministries. In 2013 Hall launched a corporate initiative to feed 5000 families a week.
Born and raised in the Midwest, Hall lives in Noblesville, Indiana, is married to his high school sweetheart, Lisa. Together they raise Australian Shepherds have three daughters and spoil five grandchildren.

Bob Keck

Bob is our President. Prior to joining TLX, he held various Operational and Development senior leadership roles in the Central Indiana region. Previous roles included VP of Operations at Duramark, VP of Operations at tech startup – Yikes, VP of Development at Defenders (Now owned by ADT), Owner and CEO of Wonderware Central, and other senior leadership roles at Best Access Systems and Integrator.com
He is a Purdue graduate. And is proud that his 2 children also have degrees from Purdue. Bob has been married to his wife, Beth since 1990.
He lives on a large family-owned farm just north of Noblesville. His parents and sister’s family also live on the property. Bob raises bees and makes his own wine and cider.
Working with people where trust is more important than politics, truth is the basis of communication, and hard work is expected, is what drives him.

Mark has held various Operational , Sales and Marketing senior leadership. Previous roles included President of ITECH DIGITAL, VP of Field Services at Defender, VP of Sales and Marketing of IQ Invision and 22 years at Best Access System finishing his career there as VP of Electronic Security and Sales.
Mark is married 43 years to Becky and has 2 daughters and 7 grandkids.
He lives in the Indianapolis area since 1995. Mark loves to hunt and fish and enjoys stocking his 400+ bottle wine cellar.

Michelle joined the TalentLogistiX team in August 2022 as an Administrative Assistant. She works in this role to help coordinate administrative duties for Mark Hall and Bob Keck.
Michelle grew up in Anderson, Indiana. She completed her Associate of Science in General Studies at Indiana Wesleyan University where she focused her studies on Business Administration and Human Resource Management.
Prior to TalentLogistiX, she worked in Human Resources for a Behavioral Health facility along and has three years of prior industrial staffing experience. She enjoys serving and helping others grow within their career.
When not at work, Michelle has a strong family background. She has been married to her husband, Jacob, for over nine years. She is raising her two daughters, Peyton and Sadie, who keep her busy between soccer games and cheer competitions. When not on the soccer field or at competition, Michelle enjoys spending time at home with her two dogs, Kona and Laney.

Brooke Downhour

Brooke has been working as a recruiter for TalentLogistiX since October of 2021. She recruits for our largest clients and has a focus on manufacturing and production.
Prior to joining TalentLogistiX, she worked as a customer care associate for a mechanical contracting company working with builders to manage warranty repairs for plumbing and HVAC.
Brooke’s primary focus is client fulfillment and satisfaction, which she helps achieve with her almost 10 years of experience in the customer service field.

Michael joined the TLX Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiter in March 2023. Prior to joining TLX, he has held a plethora of roles within Recruiting and Talent Acquisition across the Midwest including Chicago, Illinois and Louisville, Kentucky.
Michael is a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington and a former athlete. Currently, he is an avid football and basketball fan. In his spare time he is a DJ and enjoys photography and most importantly sneakers.
Michael is the proud father of his 6-year-old daughter Addison, and serves as a mentor for young people in Greater Indianapolis.
Kaitlin Horn

Kaitlin joined TalentLogistiX a little less than a year ago on our Staffing side as a Recruiter. She has been in the recruiting industry for the past 6 years. Her experience in recruiting has included: call center and admin, production/manufacturing, IT, corporate and now skilled trades.
Kaitlin grew up in the Indianapolis area and has resided here ever since. She has a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, which is what really got her interested in the recruiting world.
In her off time, she enjoys spending time with her son Liam, who’s most favorite pastime is the pool on a warm day or a (not so quick) trip to Target.

He comes with 3+ years of experience recruiting within the corporate, construction, engineering and manufacturing sectors.
Jarrod is originally from the Huntsville, Alabama area and graduated from Jacksonville State University with a bachelor’s degree in Police Administration. In his spare time, he enjoys watching College Football while heavily supporting his Auburn Tigers. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, working out at the gym, serving /mentoring for with church youth ministry.
Jarrod is a proud father to his 2-year-old “Little Nugget” Madayla. He enjoys going to Texas Roadhouse to overindulge themselves with their delicious rolls.
Jena Toney

Jena Toney joined TalentLogisticX in November 2021 as a recruiter. Before becoming a full-time recruiter, she was an HR manager for an RV company, which helps with recruiting on the manufacturing side of TLX accounts.
Jena, originally from Goshen IN, made her way to Indianapolis in 2009 when she attended college at the University of Indianapolis. She graduated in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Jena is a mother of one boy- Kamdyn and a dog- Simba. They enjoy being outside and going for walks. Jena enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching Kamdyn play all the sports, BBQs, and all the lake and pool days.
The way to Jena’s heart is all things wine/champagne, Mexican food, and queso!

Prior to joining TLX, Wade, a US Navy veteran of 10 years, held various leadership and business development roles in the security and life safety marketspace in his over 30 years there. Most recently as Americas General Manager and Vice-President of igloocompany, Inc., a tech start-up and manufacturer of smart access solutions, GM South Region at Latch, another tech start-up of smart access solutions, Director of Strategic Accounts at Avigilon (technology manufacturer acquired by Motorola Solutions in 2018) and General Manager of Convergint (Systems Integration) Regional office in Houston, Texas.
His business philosophy is one that puts people ahead of profits and providing avenues to empower people to be the most valuable asset a company can offer their customers.
Wade calls New Braunfels, Texas home along with his wife of 44 years, Debbie. Together they enjoy their family, son Aaron and daughter in law Erin and their two children. They enjoy dancing, bowling and exploring all the Texas Hill Country has to offer.

At home, she raised three (3) boys and four (4) dogs with her husband of 29 years. She owns her own clothing boutique in downtown Noblesville called, Hippie Chic Boutique. Prior to FeedingTeam, Kathy worked in the financial services industry onboarding financial advisors.
In her spare time, Kathy takes her boutique on the road to many festivals around Indiana and spending time with her family. She is very active in her church, serving on many teams and planning events.
