Mark serves as Founder and CEO of PinPoint Resources, ITC, TechTrades and TalentLogistiX since their creation in 1993. Drawing on 30 years and over 100,000 hours of workforce solutions experience, Hall’s companies have employed over 50,000 individuals and completed hundreds of thousands of engagements. Hall was recently featured in the industry expert film “The Art of Recruiting”.
Brian is our Vice President of Accounting and Finance. Prior to joining TLX, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Hasten Bancshares, First National Bank & Trust and Knowledge Services. He is an Anderson University graduate and serves on their Audit Committee. He and his wife, Cindy, have been married since 1986 and reside in Hendricks County. Cindy has spent her entire nursing career with Riley Hospital for Children. They have 2 daughters, both married and working in the accounting profession, and a son working in sales. Brian and Cindy love spending time with family, including spoiling their grandson. He and his entire family faithfully lean on God to focus on their adventures in light of Brian’s Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis, affecting his mobility,. After working in the public accounting profession, he has spent his entire career working with privately-owned, entrepreneurial companies. When his children were younger, he volunteered as a director for a junior basketball league serving 1,000 kids and coached various youth sports. More recently he had served as acting CFO for StateRAMP, a 501(c)(6) nonprofit membership organization standardizing the approach to the cybersecurity standards required from service providers offering solutions to state and local governments.
