We at Security Force X (SFX) is super excited to give you a peek into our recent team conference, which took place in Texas. This gathering was all about celebrating our core values – the principles that define who we are and why our mission is so important. With a focus on efficiency and streamlined processes, the conference was a true testament to our commitment to excellence in the security industry.
We had an awesome dinner at a local Texas restaurant, where our team got to bond and unwind. It was such a memorable experience, reflecting the camaraderie and respect that have been integral to our growth since we started in March 2023.
Speaking of growth, we’re proud to announce that our SFX team has expanded! We have very high standards when it comes to recruiting and safety, only bringing on board technicians with 5-7 years of experience to ensure our clients get the best service possible. Mark Nazarenus and Wade Norman bring an impressive 40 years of security industry experience to the table.
Right now, SFX has a solid team of 7 Master Technicians and 2 Associate Techs, supported by our awesome higher-level management. While most of our team is based in Houston, Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio, we also have a tech representative in the St. Louis area.
Last but not least, we’re thrilled to announce our strategic expansion into the Midwest market! This is a really exciting chapter for us as we continue our mission to provide top-notch security services to an even wider range of clients.
